Embellished Rewards Terms & Conditions
Welcome to Embellished Rewards, the loyalty and referral program offered by Embellished Cases. By joining or participating in the program, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Membership
Embellished Rewards is available to eligible customers who create a customer account with Embellished Cases.
Membership is free.
Each customer may maintain only one loyalty account. Points, rewards, and referral benefits are linked to the customer account used when placing an eligible order.
2. Welcome Reward
New eligible members may receive 25 welcome points after joining Embellished Rewards.
The welcome reward may only be earned once per customer.
3. Earning Points on Purchases
Members earn:
1 point for every $1 spent on eligible purchases.
Points are calculated based on the eligible order value after discounts. Shipping charges, taxes, gift cards, and other excluded amounts may not qualify for points.
Points are awarded only on eligible successfully processed orders.
4. Additional Ways to Earn
From time to time, members may also earn points through selected loyalty activities, including:

Birthday reward: 50 points

Following Embellished Cases on Instagram: 15 points

Other promotional activities announced by Embellished Cases
Each activity may have its own eligibility requirements, limits, or conditions.
5. Birthday Rewards
Members who provide their birthday through the loyalty program may receive 50 birthday points.
The birthday must be submitted at least 30 days before the birthday date to qualify.
Birthday rewards may only be earned once per year per eligible customer.
6. Product Review Rewards
Eligible verified product reviews may receive 20 points.
Review rewards are intended for genuine customer feedback. Customers are not required to leave a positive review in order to qualify.
Duplicate, fraudulent, misleading, or otherwise ineligible reviews may not receive points.
7. Redeeming Points
Points may be redeemed for eligible discount rewards according to the following structure:

100 points = $5 off an order of $20 or more

200 points = $10 off an order of $40 or more

300 points = $15 off an order of $60 or more
-
400 points = $20 off an order of $80 or more
-
500 points = $25 off an order of $100 or more
Each redeemed reward is intended for use by the customer who redeemed it.
Reward codes may be limited to one use.
8. Discount Combinations
Unless specifically stated otherwise, loyalty reward discounts cannot be combined with other promotional codes, product discounts, order discounts, or shipping discounts.
Only one eligible reward or promotional discount may be used per order unless Embellished Cases states otherwise.
9. Referral Program
Eligible members may invite new customers to shop with Embellished Cases using their unique referral link.
The referred customer may receive:
10% off their first qualifying order of $20 or more.
The maximum referral discount is $20.
The referral discount must be used within 30 days of being issued.
After the referred customer completes an eligible paid order, the referring customer may receive:
100 loyalty points.
10. Referral Eligibility
Referral rewards are intended for genuine new customers.
A referred customer must not have previously completed an order with Embellished Cases.
Self-referrals, duplicate accounts, fraudulent referrals, or attempts to manipulate the referral program are prohibited.
Referral rewards may be withheld, cancelled, or removed where abuse or fraud is reasonably suspected.
11. Cancelled, Returned, or Refunded Orders
If an order is cancelled, returned, refunded, or otherwise reversed, points earned from that order may be removed from the member's account.
Referral points may also be revoked if the referred customer's qualifying order is fully refunded or cancelled.
Where a loyalty reward was used on an order that is subsequently fully refunded, eligible redeemed points may be returned to the member's loyalty account where supported by the program.
12. Point Expiration
Loyalty points expire after 12 months of account inactivity.
Qualifying activity may include earning or redeeming points.
Members are responsible for monitoring their points balance and expiration status.
13. Point Transfers
Loyalty points are currently non-transferable between customer accounts.
Points cannot be sold, exchanged for cash, or transferred to another person unless Embellished Cases introduces an approved transfer feature in the future.
14. Cash Value
Points and rewards have no cash value outside the Embellished Rewards program.
Points cannot be exchanged for cash, refunded for cash, or used as a payment method except through the rewards specifically offered within the loyalty program.
15. Fraud and Abuse
Embellished Cases reserves the right to review loyalty activity and take appropriate action where it reasonably believes there has been:

Fraudulent activity

Abuse of reward rules

Self-referrals
-
Duplicate accounts

Manipulation of orders or reviews

Unauthorized use of reward codes

Other misuse of the loyalty program
This may include withholding rewards, deducting points, cancelling rewards, suspending membership, or removing a customer from the program.
16. Program Changes
Embellished Cases reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the loyalty program, earning rates, redemption values, referral rewards, promotional offers, or these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Where practical, material changes may be communicated through the website, customer account, or email.
Points and rewards remain subject to the program rules in effect at the time they are used.
17. Account Closure
If a customer closes or loses access to their account, unused loyalty points and rewards may be forfeited.
Embellished Cases may also suspend or terminate loyalty membership where these Terms & Conditions have been violated.
18. General Conditions
Participation in Embellished Rewards is subject to all applicable store policies, including Embellished Cases' refund, shipping, privacy, and general terms of service.
If there is a conflict between these loyalty terms and another promotional offer, the specific terms of that offer will apply.

Share your unique referral link with a friend who has not previously placed an order with us. Your friend will receive 10% off their first qualifying purchase, and you will receive 100 points after their eligible order is successfully completed.
Yes. The referral offer is for new customers only. The referred customer must spend at least $20, the maximum referral discount is $20, and the referral discount must be used within 30 days.
Your 100 referral points will be added after your referred friend completes a qualifying paid order. If the qualifying order is fully refunded or cancelled, the referral reward may be removed.
Add your birthday to your rewards profile at least 30 days in advance. You will receive 50 points automatically on your birthday. Birthday rewards are available once per year.
Yes. Eligible verified product reviews can earn 20 points. Reward eligibility may depend on the product purchased and verification of your order.
Yes. Loyalty members can earn 15 points for completing the Instagram follow reward. This reward can only be earned once per customer.
Yes. Loyalty points expire after 12 months of account inactivity. Earning or redeeming points may reset your activity period.
Point transfers between customer accounts are not currently available. You can still share rewards with friends and family through our referral program.
If an order is cancelled or refunded, any points earned from that order may be deducted from your rewards balance. If you used points for a reward on a fully refunded order, eligible points may be returned to your account.
